- 2005: Won contract to operate central reservation service for Pennsylvania State Parks.
- 2002: Began call center operations for the Office of Personnel Management’s Retirement Information Office.
- 2001: Began operating the Stamps on Consignment program for the United States Postal Service.
- 2000: Began operating parks reservations contracts for agencies in Michigan and Maryland.
- 1998: Began operating Lipitor and Rezulin Support Services for Parke-Davis.
- 1997: Won the contract to operate the National Park Reservation Service for the National Park Service.
- 1996: Began operating the Maryland Tourism Hotline for the Office of Tourism Development. Biospherics won the State of Maryland's annual "Business Partner of the Year" award for 1996.
- 1995: Began operating an Epilepsy Persistency Intervention Quality System for Parke-Davis, a toll-free support/counseling service, part of a patient compliance/intervention program for patients with epilepsy.
- 1994: Began operating the National Recreation Reservation Center for the US Forest Service, processing campsite reservations for the public.
- 1994: Began operating the Alzheimer's FamilyCare Project for Parke-Davis to assist the families of Alzheimer's disease patients.
- 1994: Began operating the AmeriCorps and National Senior Service Corps Hotline to recruit volunteers into these Federal programs.
- 1992: Began operating Operation Goldpill for the US Food and Drug Administration.
- 1992: Began operating the Breast Implant Information Line for the US Food and Drug Administration.
